“We’ve been able to take the correct bacteria colonies into what is called a live vegetative state, using a proprietary process, allowing us to house and transport the correct bacteria that actually have an affinity for hydrocarbons, and attach to the hydrocarbon molecule, converting it into water and a very minute amount of CO2. Our R&D team also found a surfactant that reduces surface tension and allows the microbial activity to move through the porosity of heavy clay or any soil characteristic without killing the microbe, mineralizing the full spectrum of hydrocarbons,” said Marlin Rudolph, Founder of F4 Environmental.
